Over the past year, Guidotti has led the successful development and rollout of major performance and operational initiatives, including streamlining onboarding processes, aligning compensation plans, optimizing systems across entities, and launching new revenue sources for originators and branches. His work has been instrumental in supporting APM’s continued growth and creating a unified, high-performing culture.
