LaunchPad’s mission is to provide an exceptional, all-inclusive program that will help recruit and educate qualified, new-to-the-industry individuals for American Pacific Mortgage branches.

We are seeking dynamic individuals with finance, marketing, sales, and business development savvy and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Halee Daily, LaunchPad’s Curriculum Designer & Program Manager, has taken her 20+ years of hands-on lending expertise to create a holistic approach to origination practices that are exclusive to APM and the LaunchPad program.

Like many businesses, the mortgage industry is beginning to experience a significant shift as seasoned loan officers begin to retire, while younger generations become first-time homebuyers. APM is being intentional and proactive by hiring, training, and launching the careers of the next generation of mortgage professionals to start managing that shift. We’re addressing this as a company through our LaunchPad program, which accelerates the careers of next-generation mortgage sales professionals by:
