About Patricia

Patricia Wood (Patty) has been Specializing in Reverse Mortgages exclusively for over 16 years now. She started doing Reverse Mortgages in 2006 and felt so passionate about the product that in 2011 she decided to solely work with Reverse Products. She joined American Pacific Mortgage which has a “Reverse Division” within its Company. American Pacific Mortgage Reverse Group does the loan from start to finish and Patty “holds your hand” per se, throughout the complete process. All of her clients have become friends or family for life.

Patty has seen this product change the lives of so many people and has helped many people,  that she enjoys her business to the fullest. Helping others get to where they want to be in life is one of her goals.

Patty moved to Carson City, Nevada in 2005 which she loves and built her home and business here and is here to stay.

Patty handles her business throughout Nevada and also in California since she has many ties in the Tri-Valley Bay area where she lived for over 32 years. She is licensed in both states. She also has the capability to refer to other states if necessary because of her extended resources.

Patty has 2 married children and 7 Grand Children which all reside in Danville, California. She loves spending as much time as possible with her family.

Some of her hobbies are spending time with Family & Friends, Fishing, Gardening, Target Shooting, going to Estate Sales, and visiting with people.

Patty works full-time and is devoted to her clients.
