APM Announces Production Leadership
Promotions Amid Company Growth

Roseville, CA — February 23, 2022— American Pacific Mortgage, a national retail mortgage lender known for creating experiences that matter, has announced a slew of new promotions within its production leadership. These promotions come on the heels of a record year in the mortgage industry, inspiring APM’s newest motto, “Growth is in our DNA.”

“Everyone at APM – from our branch managers and loan officers to our support staff, corporate personnel and regional vice presidents – killed it last year. It was the best year in company history.” said Ned Payant, President of APM. “But our growth doesn’t stop when interest rates rise. Not when growth is in your DNA. These individuals will help set the pace for an even bigger year in 2022 and beyond.”

  • New Vice Presidents, who will support APM’s national growth strategies, include:
  • Dustin Sheppard as Executive Vice President of National Production
  • Dustin Block as Vice President of Growth, Central Region
  • Darren Nolander as Vice President of Growth, Western Region
  • James Essen as Vice President of Growth, Eastern Region

APM Regional Vice Presidents will provide oversight and resources to their region’s branches:
  • Fred Kreger (Midwest)
  • Kevin Caruca (Southwest)
  • Suzi Bertolli (Central California)
  • Kevin Lowman (Northern California)
  • Les Bedford (Northwest)
Additional director and SVP promotions will support partner growth, onboarding and transition. They include:
  • Michael Guidatti as Senior Vice President of Divisionals and Joint Ventures
  • Halee Daily as Director of Production Education & Training
  • Lindsey Writer as Director of Integration
